Wash and Fold FAQ
Wash and fold is a laundry service billed by the pound where your clothes are washed, dried, and folded neatly, then sorted by size and gender so they're ready to put away.
Your clothes are folded neatly and separated by gender and size as best as possible, similar to how you'd fold laundry at home — just done for you.
Yes. Let us know your preferences when you schedule a pickup and we'll follow them for that order.

Pickup and Delivery FAQ
Pickup and delivery is available Monday through Friday.
Turnaround is 24 to 48 hours, not including holidays or snow days.
No. I Do Your Laundry For You is a pickup and delivery only service — everything is scheduled online, and there is no physical drop-off location.
You can schedule a pickup online in a few minutes.
You must give us permission in your account to leave your clothes if you are not going to be home for the delivery. Tell us where to leave them. We don't want to be responsible if your clothes go missing so we need written permission to leave them.
There is a section called "Preferences" where you can let us know if you have any special instructions.
No there is not. You can cancel at any time.
Your credit card will be charged when your laundry order is completed.
We suggest putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a secure trash bag that can be cinched closed.
You can suspend your service until you return. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
Pricing FAQ
Wash and fold is billed at $2.60 per pound. Weekly recurring plans start at $30 for one bag, $50 for two bags, or $80 for three bags, with additional bags billed at $2.60 per pound. One-time or occasional orders have a $40 minimum, with a 15 lb minimum.
